Virtually With You has been successfully operating since 2006.  We assist and
support small business owners in creating successful online businesses and
increasing revenues through multiple online marketing streams.   We work out
of our own offices and, at the same time, work with you in a way that is similar to
working in an office "down the hall."  In this age of high technology and the
information highway that bridges the geographical gap between people from
across town and around the world, there is great opportunity in this profession ...

Our goal at Virtually With You is to provide a one-stop shop for our clients
so their business needs are completely met by our team and the resources
available through us.  Our mission is to come together as a team to create
successful ventures with our clients, providing them with the knowledge and
support they need to be successful, while allowing us to operate a successful
home-based business.

Meet Our Success Team
Karen Schatz

Karen is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Virtually With You, Inc.  She is a graduate of Assist University where she mastered the necessary skills and learned the essentials of operating a successful Virtual Assistance business of providing high quality personal and professional administrative support "virtually". 

In April 2011, she graduated Melanie Benson Strick's Virtual Team Building training program where she gained the knowledge and skills necessary to develop her newly formed multi-VA business.

She has an A.A. degree in Business Administration and 28 years of administrative
support experience, including virtual office support, author assistance, project
management, communications, desktop publishing, process management, web
maintenance, blog and ezine creation and management, presentation support
and eCommerce development. Fifteen years ago, she began freelancing  administrative services (remotely) to supplement her income. When she learned that
Virtual Assistance had become a professionally recognized business, and researched both the growth the industry is experiencing and the specialized network available to VAs, she decided to become a professional VA. It was a natural fit for her to establish her own practice doing what she loves most ... providing her clients with high quality administrative support from the comfort of her home.


Lisa Coffey

Lisa is not your average bookkeeper. After the fall of our economy and being laid off from her corporate job in September 2008, Lisa took on her first client. Starting out in the construction industry, Lisa quickly realized that her true passion was to educate and inspire entrepreneurs who were striving to pave their own way in the business world. Lisa officially started her home-based business in November 2008 and made it her personal goal to teach each of her clients to have a deeper understanding and better relationship with their finances, resulting in smarter decisions and higher profits. She pours her heart and soul into each client she has the privilege of working with and who rocks her genius zone.

Lisa has completed several Quickbooks training programs, as well as completing Accounting 1, 2, Managerial, Budget Analysis and Project Management courses. She is always working to continue her education and is currently working on obtaining her California and Colorado Tax Prep License, as well as studying Small Business Tax.

Another service that Lisa offers, to her clients, is her project management and event planning skills. Having organized and completed several live events, Lisa finds that she truly loves to work with hotel and event staff and is more than capable of planning and organizing an event from beginning to end. She has a true knack for bringing teams of people together and creating a flow that is guaranteed to create success. Lisa says, “Nothing excites me more than creating a space for entrepreneurs and business owners to learn, network and create business.  The energy is amazing and I can only hope this part of business will continue to thrive.”

Lisa loves to play the violin and applies her passion of music theory to business. She tells her clients, “You must first learn how to read what is in front of you so you can orchestrate the best output, whether it is sound or information production!”  This beautiful flow is accomplished through the ease and finesse of great listening and communication skills, which Lisa practices with every engagement. Overall, Lisa creates harmony in each of her business relationships and stretches entrepreneurs to thrive and play the biggest, most fulfilling game of their lives.


Sue Andres

Sue is currently a freelance virtual professional with 15 years of experience working in both the private and non-profit sectors.  She delivers a wide range of services as a virtual professional to associations, as well as other clients.  Some services that Sue currently provides to her clients are:  administrative support, event management, PayPal setup and integration, web maintenance and submitting educational programs for continuing education approval.

Sue has previously served as the Membership Director for the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA).  As Membership Director, she was responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive membership development programs, including attracting new members, retention of current members, and the recapture of previous members.


Meet Hollie & Jeremy Clere

Hollie & Jeremy are social media experts. Together, they focus on social media branding, online marketing and search engine optimization. They utilize their experience and knowledge of the social sites to successfully manage brands, maintain customer retention, prospect new customers and grow an awareness of clients for success of their business. They provide social media support to 2 of the 10 most connected people in the LinkedIn world – which is no small task! Holly utilizes the administrative gifts that God has given her to refine the ethics and marketing efforts of her clients online presence. Hollie & Jeremy have extensive experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter; with specific focus on Individual Profiles, Company Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Advanced Social Networking strategies.
