Learn About My Virtually With You VA Program
Congratulations! You’ve made a decision to partner with a virtual assistant and, out
of the multitudes of possible VAs, you’ve managed to find me. Now where do we
begin? Once you've contracted with me, I have a 4-step program that I customize to
the needs of each client.
- Take Inventory: The first step is for you to complete a comprehensive inventory
questionnaire so I can get a sense of what projects you wish you had help with.- Analyze the Big Picture: The next step is for me to review your website and
assess your needs based on the information from the questionnaire and my own expertise in identifying what’s missing on your website. Since you want to automate your website to generate more income and build your marketing lists, I look for things like:~ Subscription forms for free downloads, free newsletters or free teleclasses that would entice a visitor to submit their contact information so that you can build your marketing list.~ ‘Add to Cart’ links that would allow visitors to purchase your services or products 24/7.~ Downloadable documents saved in PDF formats for added security or as web pages for search engine optimization. After reviewing your website, I then search the Internet for your name to see if you have articles published, press releases submitted, joint ventures you’re involved with, organizations you participate in, awards you have won, etc. Doing this helps me to determine how effective your Internet marketing efforts are serving you.- Create a Plan of Action: Next, I will develop an action register – a document that arranges your projects by category, outlines the tasks, determines who is responsible for carrying out the task and assigns deadline dates for completing the tasks. We will review this document together and make any adjustments you feel are necessary. Then this document becomes a “living document” in that we will continuously add and delete projects/tasks over time.

Throughout our working relationship, I help you to stay focused on your goals for your business and help support you as you generate new and creative ways to grow your coaching/consulting practice.
