My Rates & Payment Terms
Rates
I have two rates that I offer: pay-as-you-go (PAYG)* and retainer**
PAYG does not mean piecework or project work. It simply means that you start off
with me paying just for the hours I work because you don't have a clear sense of
how many hours you may need of my time yet. Just like a retainer contract, you
are committing yourself to a long-term relationship that involves constant
interaction and the building of a trusted partnership.
PAYG contracts eventually evolve into a retainer contract. After a few months of
working together, we will evaluate the number of hours of my time that you are
consistently using and switch you over to a retainer contract, thus saving you
money and ensuring that my time is available to you.
A retainer contract is by far the better way to contract with me. By retaining my time, you are ensuring that time is blocked out in the month just for you. You also receive a discount by committing to a retainer contract.
Payment Terms
Net 10 days from date of invoice. All invoices will be e-mailed to you.
* PAYG contracts are billed for the hours of work performed in the previous month.
** Retainer contract is estimated on the number of hours needed for the month. Retainers are paid at the beginning of the month before the services will be rendered. Virtually With You will keep a log of hours worked. Unused hours will not be carried forward to the next month.
Payment Types Accepted
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal® payments are accepted. Your credit card will be billed automatically or you will be invoiced via PayPal with payment due net 10 days.
